Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!  Therefore we offer a refund of your purchase price (less shipping charges) for 10 days from the delivery date.

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@serenitycrystalshop.com or use the Contact Form in the Contact Us section.  Please state, in detail, the reason you wish to return the item and any other pertinent information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. If you are shipping a package valued over $75, we advise you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance equal to the cost of the item.  We cannot guarantee we will receive your return.  If the items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returns must be received by us within 15 days after the return approval date to be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can address the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items and jewelry are not returnable.   

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Upon approval, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less shipping, on your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@serenitycrystalshop.com.
