Do I pay sales tax on my purchase?
You are not charged sales tax on your purchase if you are located outside of Arizona.
I am looking for a product that is not listed on your website. Can you help?
Yes! We will try to locate the product you are looking for. Just send us a description of what you are looking for on the Contact Us page and we will check the availability.
Why aren't your products on sale like other stores?
We do not show inflated prices for our products, then permanently price them as being "on sale". Instead, we work tirelessly to bring you quality products at a fair price every day. Occasionally, we will have a limited number of products discounted for holidays, special occasions or clearance items.
Why does my shipping box look as if it has been previously used?
We care about the planet and sometimes reuse boxes and other packing material that we receive at our home or business. Rest assured, we only reuse boxes that will protect your order as well as a new box. We encourage you to do the same and recycle all boxes no longer usable or needed.

- 100 BILLION boxes are manufactured in the United States alone each and every year, most to be used just once then thrown away or recycled. Imagine the impact if each box was simply used a second time!
The product I received looks different than the pictures. How come?
Natural crystals and minerals vary in shape, size, inclusions, and color. Just like every tree, snowflake or cloud doesn't look the same, each of our incredibly beautiful gems are one of a kind. We provide approximate measurements and weights in all product listings (where practical) to ensure you will not be disappointed with the size of the product you receive. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a 10 day return policy.
